Welcome to AOM Holding. These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to your access to and use of the website aom.vn (the "Website") and to any purchase of products or services from us. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

1. Acceptance of these Terms

By accessing the Website or placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to these Terms and to the policies referred to in them, including our Shipping policy, Return and refund policy and Payment policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.

To place an order you must have full legal capacity under the laws of the place where you live, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

2. Customer accounts

You may check out as a guest or create an account to track orders and save addresses. You are responsible for providing accurate information, keeping your login details confidential and telling us promptly about any unauthorised use of your account.

We may suspend or close accounts that show signs of fraud or that breach these Terms or the law.

3. Product information and pricing

We make every effort to describe and photograph our products and to display prices accurately. Colours may look slightly different depending on your screen, and errors in information or pricing may occasionally occur.

  • Prices are listed in USD. Prices converted into other currencies, where shown, are for reference only.
  • Prices and availability may change without notice, but changes do not affect orders we have already confirmed, except in the case of an obvious error as described below.
  • If we discover an obvious error in the price or information of a product you ordered, we will contact you so you can either continue with the correct details or cancel the order for a full refund.

4. Orders and order confirmation

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we confirm your order by email or when the order is dispatched, whichever happens first.

We may decline or cancel an order in certain cases, for example when a product is out of stock, the order details are incomplete or cannot be verified, we suspect payment fraud, or there is a pricing error. If you have already paid for a cancelled order, we will refund the full amount.

5. Payment

The available payment methods are shown at checkout. The final total — including product prices, shipping, taxes and any other charges — is always displayed clearly before you confirm your order. See our Payment policy for details.

6. Shipping and delivery

Delivery areas, fees and estimated delivery times are described in our Shipping policy and at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and may vary because of the carrier or events outside our control.

7. Returns, refunds and cancellations

The conditions, time limits and process for returns and refunds are set out in our Return and refund policy. Nothing in that policy limits the rights you have under applicable consumer protection laws.

8. Intellectual property

All content on the Website — including text, images, logos, designs and software — is owned by AOM Holding or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, distribute, modify or use it for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.

9. User content

When you submit reviews, comments, images or other content to the Website, you confirm that it is truthful, lawful and does not infringe anyone else's rights, and you allow us to display and use it in connection with presenting our products. We may hide or remove content that breaches these Terms.

10. Prohibited conduct

  • Interfering with, damaging or gaining unauthorised access to the Website's systems or data.
  • Large-scale automated data collection that affects the operation of the Website.
  • Impersonating another person or providing false information when ordering.

We collect and use only the personal information needed to process and deliver your orders, provide customer support and — with your consent — send you offers. Your information is shared only with partners needed to fulfil your order (such as carriers and payment providers) or when required by law. You can contact us to access, correct or request deletion of your personal information.

12. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, AOM Holding is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from the use of the Website or our products, and our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

13. Force majeure

We are not responsible for delays or failures to perform our obligations caused by events beyond our reasonable control, such as natural disasters, epidemics, fire, war, strikes, network or infrastructure failures, or government action.

14. Governing law and disputes
